THE MALAYSIA AIKIDO ASSOCIATION 14th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 14th Annual General Meeting (under the Sports Development Act 1997) of the Malaysia Aikido Association will be held as follows:
Date: 23rd June 2024 (Sunday)
Time: 1.30pm – 4.30pm
Venue: Hybrid Meeting (Physical & Online) @Restoran Sri Karak, 17, Jalan 52/8, Bandar Baru Petaling Jaya, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor & Google Meet

AGENDA
1. President’s Welcome Speech.
2. To receive and adopt minutes of the 13th Annual General Meeting of the previous year.
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Management Committee for 2023.
4. To receive and adopt the Hon. Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Accounts of the Association for the year ending 31st December 2023.
5. To consider and adopt any resolutions.
6. To deal with such other matters as may be put before it.

CALLING FOR RESOLUTIONS
Any member desirous of moving any resolution at the Annual General Meeting shall give in writing, duly proposed and seconded thereof, to the Hon.Gen.Secretary not later than 12.00 noon Saturday, Jun 15, 2024.
